There are several ways for middle and high school students to get involved at Creekside.
Middle school and high school Sunday school classes meet during the 10:30 a.m. service on Sunday mornings.
Adrenaline Middle and High School Group
Adrenaline is for both middle and high school students and features games and small group Bible study on Tuesdays from 7:00-9:00 p.m.
Houseboat Trip On Lake Shasta: July 7th-12th
Middle and high school students are invited to enjoy a week of fishing, water skiing, wake boarding, Bible study, worship, and much more. The cost of camp is $297 per student plus transportation. Parent volunteers are welcome. Contact us for more information.
Passage is a year long class for 6th-8th graders that meets at Creekside on Thursday afternoons from 3:30-5:00 p.m. We believe that middle school is a wonderful time for kids to move from church attenders to church members and Passage is designed to help kids make that journey. They will learn about:
1. The foundational beliefs of the Christian faith.
2. Apologetics and the reasonableness of the Christian faith.
3. Growing in their personal relationship with God through prayer, Bible study, fellowship, and service.
4. Creekside's history and mission and what it means to be a member.
We will spend each class learning about these things, enjoying snacks, and getting to know each other better. When the class finishes in June, 2014, students will have the opportunity to become members of Creekside if they choose.
If you would like to sign your child up for Passage, please contact Jenny Sloat at (510) 430-0607.
Friday Night Youth Extravaganza
