Staff members are employees responsible for the operations of the church.

Council members are elected by Creekside's members and responsible for the business and financial affairs of the church.

Elders are elected by Creekside's members and responsible for the spiritual welfare of the church.

Diaconate members are selected by the elders and serve the Creekside body by meeting their physical, financial, or emotional needs.
