Our aim in youth ministry is to produce resilient, life-long followers of Jesus who have a "sticky" faith, one that continues on with them into adulthood. To do this, we emphasize Biblical discipleship of the youth to be life-long followers of Christ through long-term close relationships with adults (at least five) who are themselves life-long followers of Christ. This happens in our Youth Discipleship Groups.

Youth Discipleship Groups are small groups of middle and high school students of the same gender and similar age who stick together with a couple of skilled and trained adult mentor leaders throughout their youth. These groups are modeled after Jesus and his twelve disciples. They spend time studying and discussing the Bible and praying for each other. They often do fun things together as a group. These groups meet at Creekside or locations near Creekside. All of them have the goal of fostering peer group friendships and adult discipleship. And all of them are easy to invite friends to. Our hope is that these middle and high schoolers will know and follow Jesus all the days of their lives starting today.
