Decorating Team
The decorating team helps make decorations prior to the Ball.

Registration Team: Shift 1
The registration team helps check in our guests and volunteers at the entry desk. Volunteers may also help pin on boutonnieres or give out corsages as well as give out favors. The first shift serves from 6:00-7:30 p.m.

Red Carpet Welcome Team
The red carpet welcome team welcomes and cheers on our guests as they first arrive. This is a great service opportunity for families with children. This team serves from 6:00-7:30 p.m.

Greeters/Quiet Room Attendants: Shift 1
Greeters/Quiet Room Attendants welcome our guests and check to see if they are wearing a name tag, direct them to registration if they are not and point out activity areas. Greeters can also help direct people to the photo area by the children’s area or to the quiet room. The first shift serves from 6:00-7:30 p.m.

Dinner Connectors: Shift 1
Dinner Connectors engage in conversation with our guests while they dine. The first shift team serves from 6:00-7:30 p.m.

Dinner Connectors: Shift 2
Dinner Connectors engage in conversation with our guests while they dine. The second shift team serves from 7:30-9:00 p.m.

Dance Partners: Shift 1
Dance Partners connect with our guests by asking them to dance. The first shift serves from 6:00-7:30 p.m.

Dance Partners: Shift 2
Dance Partners connect with our guests by asking them to dance. The second shift serves from 7:30-9:00 p.m.

Bathroom Attendants: Shift 1
Bathroom Attendants help any guests that may need assistance in the bathroom. The first shift serves from 6:00-7:30 p.m.

Bathroom Attendants help any guests that may need assistance in the bathroom. The second shift serves from 7:30-9:00 p.m.

Decor Take-Down Team
The Decor Take-Down Team helps take down the decorations at the end of the event. They arrive at 9:00 p.m.
