The Spring Ball is a delightful evening of dinner, dancing, and celebrating our friends with developmental disabilities on Friday, May 2nd. There are many different ways that all ages can serve. Click on the links below to sign up to volunteer or contact Naomi Phan-Quang with any questions.

Thursday Decorating Team
When: May 1st from 5:00-8:00 p.m.
What: The Thursday Decorating Team will decorate Creekside for the ball. This team needs 6 volunteers.

Friday Decorating Team
When: May 2nd from 1:00-4:00 p.m.
What: The Friday Decorating Team will decorate Creekside for the ball. This team needs 12 volunteers

Make-Up/Hair Team
When: May 2nd from 4:00-6:00 p.m.
What: The Make-Up/Hair Team will provide complimentary makeup and hair styling services from 4:00-6:00 p.m. for guests who wish to get ready for the evening. This is a great opportunity for guests to feel pampered and glamorous for the dinner, dancing, and bingo night. This team needs 4 volunteers.

Photography Team
When: May 2nd from 6:00-9:00 p.m.
What: Volunteers with photography skills will capture memorable moments from the event, which can be used for future promotions or guest albums.This team needs 3 volunteers.

Registration Team
When: May 2nd from 5:45-7:15 p.m.
What: The Registration Team will check in our guests and volunteers at the entry desk from 5:45-7:15 p.m. Volunteers may also help pin on boutonnieres or give out corsages. This team needs 4 volunteers.

Red Carpet Welcome Team
When: May 2nd from 5:45-7:15 p.m.
What: The Red Carpet Welcome Team will cheer and escort our guests down the red carpet as they first arrive from 5:45-7:15 p.m. This is a great volunteer opportunity for families with children! This team needs 20 volunteers.

Greeter Team - First Shift
When: May 2nd from 5:45-7:15 p.m.
What: The Greeter Team will welcome our guests to the ball from 5:45-7:15 p.m. This team needs 3 volunteers.

Greeter Team - Second Shift
When: May 2nd from 7:30-9:00 p.m.
What: The Greeter Team will thank people for coming to the ball and hand out favors from 7:30-9:00 p.m. This team needs 2 volunteers.

Bingo Room Team - First Shift
When: May 2nd from 6:00-7:30 p.m.
What: The Bingo Room Team will help create a fun and engaging experience by setting up the Bingo area, facilitating games, and providing excellent customer service to our guests. This team will assist with setup, game execution, and cleanup, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all. Brief training will be provided. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and teamwork. Help make this night unforgettable for our friends with disabilities! This team needs 3 volunteers.

Bingo Room Team - Second Shift
When: May 2nd from 7:30-9:00 p.m.
What: The Bingo Room Team will help create a fun and engaging experience by setting up the Bingo area, facilitating games, and providing excellent customer service to our guests. This team will assist with setup, game execution, and cleanup, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all. Brief training will be provided. Sensory Support Team - First Shift
When: May 2nd from 6:00-7:30 p.m.
What: The Sensory Support Team will provide support for guests with sensory sensitivities, such as managing noise levels or providing quiet spaces. This team needs 3 volunteers.

Sensory Support Team - Second Shift
When: May 2nd from 7:30-9:00 p.m.
What: The Sensory Support Team will provide support for guests with sensory sensitivities, such as managing noise levels or providing quiet spaces. This team needs 3 volunteers.

Connectors Team
When: May 2nd from 6:00-7:30 p.m.
What: The Connectors Team will chat and dine with our guests in the Community Room. This team needs 8 volunteers.

Dancing Team
When: May 2nd from 7:30-9:00 p.m.
What: The Dancing Team will dance with our guests in the auditorium. This team needs 8 volunteers.

Server Team - First Shift
When: May 2nd from 5:30-7:00 p.m.
What: The Server Team will help serve dinner, drinks, and dessert to our guests in the Community Room. This team needs 12 volunteers.

Server Team - Second Shift
When: May 2nd from 6:45-8:15 p.m.
What: The Server Team will help serve dinner, drinks, and dessert to our guests in the Community Room. This team needs 8 volunteers.

Bathroom Assistant Team - First Shift
When: May 2nd from 6:00-7:30 p.m.
What: The Bathroom Assistants Team will help any guests who may need assistance in the bathroom. This team needs 2 volunteers.

Bathroom Assistant Team - Second Shift

Take Down Team
When: May 2nd from 9:00-10:30 p.m.
What: The Take Down Team will help take down the decorations and put away the tables and chairs at the end of the event. This team needs 10 volunteers.
