Join us for an evening of dancing, food, music, a photo booth, Bingo, and supportive volunteers at this dance for our neighbors with developmental disabiltiies on Friday, April 17th from 6:00-9:00 p.m.

Formal attire is welcome, but not required. Please wear whatever clothes you feel comfortable in! This event is open to the public. Consumers from group homes or agencies are required to have support staff in attendance. Consumers are responsible for their own transportation. This event is hosted by Creekside Community Church. Creekside is located at 951 MacArthur Blvd. in San Leandro.

All guests and support staff must each register individually using the appropriate registration form.

Guests are participants attending the event.

Support Staff are caregivers or aides accompanying and supporting guests.
