Servers: 12:00-3:30 p.m.

Servers welcome and seat guests and deliver tea and food to tables. 12 volunteers are needed each day.

line crew: 6:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.

The Line Crew prepares and assembles food on the day of the tea. Volunteers can work a portion of the time. 8 volunteers are needed each day.

Pit crew: 11:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m.

The Pit Crew plates food and reloads tiers for servers to take to tables. 7 volunteers are needed each day.

Dishwashing: 3:00-5:00 p.m.

The Dishwashing Team washes china and silver. 6 volunteers are needed each day

coffee team: 10:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.

The Coffee Team makes coffee. 1 volunteer is needed each day.

The Trash Team checks levels of all the garbage cans and replaces when needed. 1 volunteer is needed each day.
