Holiday Art And Craft Show


The 11th annual Creekside Holiday Art and Craft Show will feature vendors who create quality, handmade items. Each year, proceeds from the show benefit a variety of community organizations and this year we are proud to support New Day For Children.

Craft Show Location

Creekside Community Church at 951 MacArthur Blvd. in San Leandro, 94577. 

Booth Fees And Information

$65 for a 6'x6' table space
$85 for a 10'x6' table space

Artists bring their own tables and decorations for their area. A limited number of tables are available for a $10 rental fee. We cannot accommodate tens or canopies. Chairs will be provided. Personal seating must be contained within the artist's reserved space. A limited amount of booth electricity is available for $10 and must be requested on the application. Artists must provide their own cords. Cancellations can be made up until 11/5 and 50% of the application fee will be returned. We cannot process refunds after 11/5, due to limited, pre-sold space. 

Show Dates And Hours

Friday, December 5th from 11:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m.
Saturday, December 6th from 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

Set Up Time

Thursday, December 4th in the evening by appointment or Friday, December 5th from 8:30-10:00 a.m. 

All moving supplies need to be put away and artist's cars moved to the north parking lot thirty minutes before the show begins on both days.

Artist Requirements

1. All artists must have a California Resale Permit (an application is available online here.)

2. All work must be original and handmade. Imported or factory manufactured items are not allowed. 

3. All artists understand that 10% of their total proceeds from the show will be collected after the event on Saturday, December 6th and donated to New Day For Children. 

4. All artists agree to donate a piece of their work for a raffle benefiting the New Day For Children. Artists can deliver their raffle item to Sandra Hess during set up for the event on Friday, December 5th.  

Snacks And Meals

No food or drink is allowed in the auditorium, but we will have an eating area in the community room across the hall. Lunch, snacks, and drinks will be available for purchase both days from Creekside's Women's Ministry. Proceeds from the food will support this ministry. Artists can also purchase a Chili Cook Off Dinner ticket for Friday, December 5th. 

Chili Cook-Off On Friday Evening

Creekside's Men's Ministry will host a Chili Cook Off on Friday, December 5th from 5:30-7:00 p.m. in the community room. A bowl of chili, salad, corn bread, and a beverage costs $5 with an advance ticket and $7 at the door. Proceeds benefit New Day For Children. Tickets can be purchased in advance on the application. If additional tickets are needed after you have submitted your application, please email Sandra Hess to place your order.
