Last week, I wrote a post about the church's identity.
I defined the church as a gospel-formed community on mission. The church is a missional community. This begs the question, "what is a missional community, and how does it differ from a conventional small group?" I've been mulling over this question quite a bit over the past few weeks.
Below are some helpful articles on the difference between missional communities and conventional small groups (i.e. the type of groups offered by most evangelical churches in America).
